KhaiSeng Trading & Fish Farm Pte Ltd is the only fish farm in Singapore that obtained a license from Agri-food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore to operate a retail outlet on its own premises. The 3.8 ha farm breeds and rears fish like giant snakeheads, grouper, red tilapia, bullfrog, patin, toman and grass carp. The fish are bred in ponds, and before they are sold, will be moved to concrete tanks in the retail section for a few days so they can be detoxified. Hence, the quality and freshness of the fish are really guaranteed. Besides breeding on their own, some fish are imported from regions like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Indo-China. Such fish are marbleGoby "Soon Hock" is not cost effective to breed. Their other products include Freshwater Fishes such as African Catfish (Clarias Batrochus), Peacock Bass (Cichia Temensis), Giant Sea Bass (Stereolepis Gigas), Tiger Prawn (Penaeus Monodon), and much more.

History KhaiSeng Trading & Fish Farm Pte Ltd (KhaiSeng) was established in 1997, operating as a family business, had grown into a large size freshwater fishery and marine fish supplier in Singapore. They stock and supply variety of freshwater fish and marine seafood products. Mr Teo Khai Seng, founder of the fish farm, was involved in the fish farm and trading business since he was 14 years old. A shareholder of the incorporated firm together with Mr Frank Koh. Mr Koh Boon Haw, General Manager of Khaiseng who joined the company in June 2001 mention that the team has achieved an outstanding sales results from $1.5 million to $2 million in 6 months.
