Launched by Mr Moses Lee, Permanent Secretary (Health),
on 1 October 2002 is also the first Primary Healthcare Museum to be established
in Singapore. The idea to establish the museum was the brainchild of Associate
Professor Shanta Emmanuel, CEO of NHG Polyclinics.
