| As part of its efforts to conserve the long and rich historical past and present of the Singapore Police Force, the Police Heritage Centre aims to create awareness amongst Police Officers and the Public alike of the genesis, developmental milestones, and progress of the Singapore Police Force over two centuries beginning in 1819.
It is hoped that through the exhibits displayed at the Police Heritage Centre, visitors will be immersed in an enriching learning journey that details Singapore Police Force's role in Nation Building. The Police Heritage Centre will serve as a legacy to those who seeks knowledge from it.
Spread over an area of 660 square metres, the Centre will provide visitors with multi-dimensional displays that endeavour to recreate vividly the past and present days of policing in Singapore.
In late Jan 01, exhibition consultant Pico Art International, was appointed to provide professional expertise and advice on the most appropriate techniques to convey SPF's history to the public effectively. Following that, in Feb 01, a Steering Committee headed by Dir Special Duties/Public Affairs was formed to oversee the project.

The Police Heritage Centre opens to visitors in August 2002.
Guided Tour - They will conduct the tour of at least 5 persons or group of 30 at most. The tour takes about 1 hr 30 mins. All tours are subjected to availability and strictly by appointment only.
